身心一如：しんしんいちにょ [shin-shin-ichi-nyo]

意味:Meaning

仏教で、肉体と精神は分けることができないもので、一つのものの両面であるということ。「身心」はからだと心のこと、「一如」は真理は現れ方は違っても、本質はただ一つだということ。

In Buddhism, the body and the spirit can not be separated, it means that it is both sides of one thing.
